Our mission is to provide inclusive,
accessible, and innovative online resources and services by
collecting, preserving, and sharing rare and historically
significant scriptures of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo
Church—including texts on prayer, hymnology, theology, and research.
In response to the ongoing loss of
these invaluable manuscripts—through theft, displacement, and
neglect—we are dedicated to locating and digitizing microfilmed
copies housed in libraries across Europe, particularly in London and
Paris.
Through this effort, we aim to empower
individuals to learn, discover, and grow, while promoting lifelong
learning, supporting literacy, and preserving the rich cultural and
spiritual heritage of the Ethiopian Orthodox tradition for current
and future generations.
